Fun Time with Tent Time makes your next event a breeze!
 

 

RESERVATIONS

—  3 Week advance notice recommended —
Our event schedule fills up quickly, we recommend making reservations 4 weeks from your event date.

(Please e-mail to check availability for dates less than 4 weeks from your event. Note a rush fee may apply. )

—  Deposit  —
We have a $100 refundable deposit due at booking.   This deposit secures your party date, it is a security deposit, so it is NOT deducted from the total price of your party.  

The deposit is fully refunded in the method as received, after all the property is returned in good condition.  Missing, torn, broken, or any damaged items value will be deducted from your deposit.

Please note we cannot hold dates without a deposit.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Apple Pay

  • Pay Pal (Card processing fees apply)

  • Venmo

VENUE REQUIREMENTS

—  Event requires LARGE areas —
Event requires a large unfurnished room for setup such as a living room, den, bedroom or use of multiple rooms. Rooms or spaces must be empty before setup, Fun Time with Tent Time staff will not be allowed to move furniture.

—  Locations
Dallas & Surrounding Areas

Locations outside of a 30 mile radius, we charge a $25 travel fee.

—  We do not offer outdoor accommodations  —
At this time we do not offer outdoor packages.

—  Food & Beverage

We ask that absolutely no eating or drinking inside the tents as any stains on the linens and fabrics will cause a cleanup challenge. The hiring client is responsible for any damages to property owned by Fun Time with Tent Time.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Rescheduling —
If you may need to reschedule your event for any reason , you may schedule a different available date.

All funds will go towards new confirmed party date.

—  Cancellations —
You may cancel your event prior to event date but will forfeit deposit, if you cancel your party less than 2 weeks from the confirmed party date.

If party is cancelled a week before party date you will forfeit the entire party amount 100%.

-Party Changes-

If you must make changes for your party, you have up until the week before the party to change to receive a partial refund. If changed the week of the party you will forfeit the amount paid.

— Is there a D.I.Y. package option? —
We do not offer DIY package , we only provide pre-created theme parties.

—  How much are the fees for delivery, setup, and pickup? —
Pricing varies depending on your location.

—  When is the full balance due?  —
Balance is due the Friday TWO WEEKS BEFORE your event.

— Can we do any theme? —
Please refer to our package page for current themes or contact us about creating custom themes.
